“When we are engaged in the joy and challenge of building ourselves, we automatically serve the world rather than steal from it.”
– Deborah Adele (Yamas and Niyamas)
About Asteya Studios
As a Feng Shui practitioner, I help people feel and understand the living energy in their spaces. Working together, we will co-design a space which is safe and visually regulated for you. My goal is to allow you to create a refuge in your home where you can thrive. I am a trauma-informed practitioner. With this knowledge we will put in place an integrated, congruent design of the 5 elements where your nervous system feels regulated. There is a reciprocal relationship that we share with our spaces that connects us to a vital force. I will help you develop your intuition about the changing energy patterns in your space so you have the tools to work within your home or business.
I offer trauma-informed space design/assessment to businesses, educational organizations and elderly housing/assisted living spaces. I work with supportive design and patterns for the neuro-diverse population including ADHD (child and adult) and those with a history of trauma and painful past learning.
I am based in Phoenix, Arizona’s beautiful West Valley, but provide virtual services and international consults/design by request. I am a Western School of Feng Shui graduate, professional member if the International Feng Shui Guild and a Certified Trauma Support Specialist. I hold certificates in functional medicine and complex trauma, space clearing, crystal healing and Biophilic design.

Cynthia is an international speaker and professional member of the International Feng Shui Guild. She is a two time compilation author, with her writing featured in “Golden Wisdom of Love, Legends and Legacies” and “Girl, Get Your life Back.” She is currently working on a third compilation project.
